Shipping, Returns, Guarantee and Privacy Policy

Shipping:

We cannot guarantee availability of yarn at time of purchase.

In-stock items will be shipped in 1-2 days.

Special order items (extra large orders or items not normally carried) will be shipped within 5-7 days. 

Returns:

Sales of Clearance/Special, Inventory Reduction products and patterns, books, printed material and software are final.  No refunds will be given.

Regular priced items (excpt patterns, books, printed material and software) are refundable within 15 days, except shipping and handling costs.  Yarn Heaven must receive the returned goods within the 15 day period.  I will only issue a refund when I receive the goods.  All return postage/insurance is your responsibility and is not refundable by Yarn Heaven LLC.  Make sure you have the proper amount of postage.  Yarn Heaven is not responsible and will not pay for any postage due.

All returned goods must be in good condition and unused, uless the item is being returned because of a manufacturing defect.  All defective products must be received by Yarn Heaven within 15 days.

Refunds can be issued as credits on your credit card (if used for the purchase), check (on-line bill payment from Yarn Heaven) or credit toward your next order.

Guarantee:

When shipped, one color of yarn is all the same dye lot/manufacture date.  We cannot guarantee to match dye lots/manufacture dates at a later date.  Make sure you order enough yarn for your project at one time.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Yarnheaven.biz product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Yarnheaven.biz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Yarnheaven.biz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Yarnheaven.biz shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Monitors, Displays and Variations in Product Appearance
On-screen and printer color representations may vary from actual yarn colors.  YarnYankee.com takes pride in its photography and product representations.  However, due to variations in technological capability, we cannot be held responsible for inconsistencies between the on-screen and actual appearance of a product.  This includes, but is not limited to, color, texture and size.  Further, yarn colors will tend to vary slightly due to differences across dye lots, and one ball of yarn may differ in appearance in subtle ways from another of the same brand and quality.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by YarnYankee.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
