Yarn Heaven was started in July 2006 in a retail store in Grand Rapids, MI. Before a year was up, I had to move from the retail site due to lack of business and a poor economy. I am now operating out of my home.

The whole purpose of starting a yarn store was to have access to ALL of the colors of my favorite yarns. The big box stores do not carry them, or have them once and not again, and do not special order for you. I have found that very aggravating through the years.

I currently have a limited supply on hand, but I will be adding colors and styles in time. We will, also, be adding books, hooks, needles, accessories and craft items.
